Co-founder and Director

Khalid Ansari is a seasoned expert in the nonprofit sector with over 30 years of experience in developing micro-enterprises and artisan clusters. His expertise spans skill development, rural development, and enterprise development. Khalid excels in building partnerships and collaborations to achieve sustainable goals and has extensive experience in program development for marginalized communities in rural areas.

Talha Sareshwala
Co-founder and COO

Talha Sareshwala, a professional and social entrepreneur since 1991, is known for his dedication, work ethic, and resilience. He mentors several startups in business strategy, sales marketing, and financial management across IT, automobile, and luxury retail sectors. Talha is also an accomplished author of four books, with his debut, Breakeven Point, offering valuable insights into entrepreneurship. He aims for excellence in operations, deliverables, and adherence to value systems and ethics.

Mohammad Shahanshah Ansari
Co-founder

Mohammed Shahanshah Ansari hails from a family of freedom fighters in Ghazipur, Uttar Pradesh. In 2007, he co-founded the Association of Muslim Professionals (AMP), where he now serves as Head of General Administration. Additionally, he is a Board Member of AMP Inc. USA and chairs its IT Committee. Passionate about philanthropy, he is deeply involved with various national and international non-profits that support the underprivileged, holding multiple board positions.

Ansari has over 20 years of experience as a Senior Software Engineer, leading projects in U.S, Europe and India.

Bilal Zaidi
Co-founder and Director

Bilal Zaidi is a two-time impact startup founder based in New Delhi. His previous ventures, OurDemocracy and CrowdNewsing, have received accolades and media attention from the New York Times, Economic Times, NDTV, Times of India, Vice, and BBC. A former TV journalist with NDTV and Times Now, Bilal is now focused on his culture-connect startup, Life 2.0

Dr. Asiya Chaudhary

Dr. Asiya Chaudhary, a distinguished Professor in Commerce at Aligarh Muslim University, boasts over 20 years of teaching experience, specializing in subjects like Direct Taxation, Economics, Marketing, and Consumer Behaviour. She has authored influential books and published in top journals.

A strong advocate for entrepreneurship, Dr. Chaudhary recently signed an MOU with the University of Houston to bring the SURE℠ Program to AMU, empowering small and underprivileged entrepreneurs. She also launched an 'Entrepreneurship' course on the SWAYAM portal.

Beyond academia, she holds key administrative roles at AMU and is a lifetime member of the Indian Textile and Commerce Associations. Her work continues to shape commerce and management education.

Swarup Pandya is passionate and well-connected with Global Startup Ecosystem Enabler With over ten years of experience helping organizations benefit from high levels of startup community engagement.
